Diabetes Education Programs,
Presentations, and Speaking Engagements by our educators

Diabetes Partnership has three diabetes educators on staff - a registered dietitian, a registered dietetic technician, and a registered nurse. Whether at our office or at numerous locations throughout our community, our educators are ready to help you with your diabetes needs. Attend a presentation, join an ongoing group, or sign up for various classes. We are here to partner with you throughout your life to help you live well and delay or avoid the devastating complications of diabetes.

Please call us at (216) 591-0800 with any questions about our educational offerings.
