Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland (formerly Diabetes Association of Greater Cleveland) is a local and independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, not affiliated with the American Diabetes Association or Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. One hundred percent of your donation is put to work right here in Northeast Ohio to support diabetes education and services and Camp Ho Mita Koda for children with diabetes.
