Submit your research and investigator profiles
for inclusion in the Dietrich Diabetes Database (DDD) - the searchable, online, independent diabetes research database containing ongoing and recently completed diabetes - related research in northeast Ohio.

• Use the Project Form for each research project.

• Complete the Investigator Form to provide information about each researcher involved in that project. Investigator forms only need to be completed once for each individual. In lieu of the Investigator form, you may submit a CV or biosketch.

• Not currently involved in diabetes research? Please submit your biosketch and specialty/interests.
